We currently have the following vacancies:

Dining Hostess – Hilltop Court

Are you as passionate about excellent dementia care as we are at Hilltop Court?

Are you also dedicated enough to those you care for to ensure that they are eating and drinking enough to keep them as well as can be?

Harbour Healthcare are recruiting a ‘Dining Hostess’ with experience in caring for those with dementia and who can demonstrate a real interest in hospitality and excellent dining standards.

Across two separate dining rooms, our residents eat well but require extra input into the availability and delivery of daily refreshments, the presentation of the dining rooms to make them inviting places to come and eat, fresh menu ideas for those who require a softer diet option, introduction of supper service and a drinks station for visitors………the list is long but, to a person who is unhappy just to accept the basic dining standards for those in their care, it is the perfect job! This is the role where your high standards can be made a reality.

Do you know what it takes to ensure that residents eat and drink well?

Are you the person to set the standard, train the team and liaise between families, kitchen teams and care teams to ensure the best of dining experience for all residents?

Are you full of ideas as to how the dining experience for our residents can be enhanced, no matter when or where they eat?

Are you the person to take this new hospitality role and make it your own, becoming our nutrition and hydration specialist?

If the answer to all of the above is ‘yes’ we would love to meet you.
