Andrew is CEO and Owner of Harbour Healthcare and with his extensive corporate management experience is able to lead the organisation in the sector he knows very well . Andrew was an Executive Director with one of UK’s most prestigious care companies, and more recently Operations Director for a national provider.
Margaret is also Owner of Harbour Healthcare and has a wealth of experience in care delivery. She is passionate about guiding our teams to be amongst the most caring and compassionate in the care industry.
Simon is Harbours Healthcare’s Finance Director. He and his team handle the financial affairs of all Harbour Homes. The support he gives to Homes Managers and Administrators ensures that our homes are secure and healthy businesses in their own right.
With a degree in Business Management, Ashley has responsibility for providing operations support to our Homes. As Operations Director he ensures that our homes teams have all they need to provide excellent care. He supports recruitment of people in the homes, at all levels and takes the lead in HR issues.
As Managing Director, Honor leads the Home Managers and senior team in the constant pursuit of excellent care for residents. Honor is a nurse with wide experience of general nursing, nursing within a care environment and caring for those who suffer the impact of dementia on their lives. Her long experience as a Home Manager is also key in leading Harbour Homes in their constant drive to maintain compliance and regulatory standards. Honor has a hands on approach and enjoys getting to know residents and family members on her almost daily visits into homes.
As Business Development Manager Alison ensures that Harbour Homes are reviewing and improving the standard and variety of services which our homes offer to residents. In particular, those services which go beyond personal care and nursing care. Alison ensures our homes are appealing and suitable for purpose and our residents and prospective residents can feel that Harbour homes are homely, desirable places to live.
Sheila is Care Quality Lead and she works closely with home teams to ensure standards of care exceed expected standards set by the care regulator the Care Quality Commission. With a wide experience in care which included being a hugely successful Home Manager, Sheila is able to support Home Mangers in all aspects of care delivery.
