Double Celebrations for Top 20 Care Home Awards

Ty Gwynno and Madison Court Care Home have been named among the Top 20 Care Homes in their respective regions, a significant achievement based on reviews and ratings from residents and their families.

Madison Court Care Home has been awarded a place in the Top 20 Care Homes in North West England, while Ty Gwynno Care Home has secured its position among the Top 20 Care Homes in Wales. The awards are presented by CareHome.co.uk, the leading UK care home review website, and are based on genuine feedback from residents, relatives and friends.

This recognition highlights the dedication, compassion and professionalism demonstrated daily by teams at both homes.
