Established as a family run care provider, Harbour Healthcare has grown considerably since we first began back in 2012. We now have homes in locations throughout England and Wales, delivering Residential, Nursing and Dementia care and we continue to grow.
Our philosophy is actually quite simple: We strive to provide an excellent standard of care to our residents, treating them with complete dignity and respect. We like to call it, just simply good care.

We know it’s our team members who really make the difference and we are extremely proud to have team members working with us who go above and beyond to ensure our residents have the best experience they can living with us. Residents days are filled with love, compassion, activity and fun.
We provide care to those who need support or companionship to ensure that all needs are met, no matter what they might be. Our residential support and care is ideal for those of our residents who do not require nursing care or nursing care associated with dementia.
We provide nursing care for those who require the extra care and support of a skilled & fully qualified nurse available to them 24hrs a day.
Our teams are trained to care for our residents with dementia and understand how stimulating environments, activities and interactions are essential.
As a family we are extremely happy with the care mum receives at the Winter Unit, the staff are excellent in particular the unit manager. Perhaps more activities would be beneficial and increase stimulation for the residents.
Mum has been in this care home for the past six months, In this time she has been extremely well cared for by the nursing and care staff and welcomed to the many activities available. I am made aware of her progress on a regular basis by all staff including management. All the family are very content and pleased with our choice and feel relaxed that we are leaving her in the best care possible.
