My sister is very happy in Madison Court she is very fond of her carers. The carers work very hard and always have a smile and kind word for people. I live in Portsmouth and come to see her as often as we can (3/4) weeks. We always find her well and happy and very well cared for which is a great relief for me. We are in our 80's and it means a lot to know she is in such good surroundings.
The care home is very nice, clean and comfortable. I am well looked after and happy here. The food is very nice, the staff are very good and treat me with dignity and compassion. My room is very nice and comfortable. I get the support I need.
