My father moved to Cromwell Court during the lockdown. The staff are really friendly, and my father is much more settled, and you get an all-around good vibe. Frequent photos on Facebook all help to give a very positive impression.
Amazing staff and management, who always go above and beyond for residents and their families. The facilities are fantastic and they are always doing activities. I love that we can see how well cared for our relatives are. The difference in our grandma is unbelievable, once she settled in. I can’t thank them enough.
Care Home Manager
Hi, my name is Tracey. I am the Registered Manager at Cromwell Court Care Home.
I have been the Manager here since 2018, although I have worked at Cromwell Court Care Home since 2015. I have been working in care for over 34 years, in mostly dementia residential settings.
I absolutely love my job at Cromwell Court Care Home and pride myself on knowing every one of our residents, and I have good relationships with the families of our residents.
I have a brilliant team of staff who all give 100% to their roles.
I believe everyone should be treated as an induvial and we fully promote person-centred care. I feel I am very approachable to staff and visitors which reflects in the reviews we receive.
