The home provides high-quality nursing and residential care for older people and cares for those who are feeling the impact of dementia on their lives. Being purpose-built ensures that the home is designed with large open lounges, conservatories, and courtyards. Bedrooms are tastefully and comfortably decorated with the majority of bedrooms en-suite. Some bedrooms are spacious enough for companions or couples to share, this is a real comfort to those who may wish to come to a care environment, together.
We aim to improve the quality of life for each and every resident living in our home with a care plan tailored to each person’s care needs. The well-trained and qualified care teamwork to promote independence and choice in order that the individual needs of our residents can be met. Our person-centered approach to care allows us to really get to know the people we care for and understand what’s right for them. We encourage residents and their loved ones to get involved with individualised care and support planning so that we can provide the best services possible.
Remaining active is a huge part of any individual’s well-being and at Four Seasons there are daily activities to suit everyone’s interests. I find that the care home is very good and sees to my husband's needs adequately. The staff are polite and very helpful indeed. If I have any queries, members of staff answer them thoughtfully and with care. Nothing is too much trouble for them. My husband has settled and is well cared for - with excellent meals.
My husband has received an excellent standard of care since becoming a resident over a year ago. I am able to visit every day as his essential carer to spend time with him and assist with basic care tasks. The staff were friendly and polite when I visit and treat my husband in a caring and considerate manner.
My father-in-law came to stay in Four Seasons Care Home in April 2022. The staff are absolutely amazing, they are passionate about the residents. Every time I ring whoever answers knows who I am talking about and give a clear concise account of how he is. I have seen the staff interact with him and it touched me so much as he is like a relative to them, The staff are. For them, it's more than a job, it's a vocation. Thank you all you are amazing.
