I am a registered nurse with 30 years experience as a manager within the NHS and private sector. I made the move into the care home sector after my grandmother had Alzheimer’s disease, seeing how she changed and the care that she received prompted me to move into the sector. I am very passionate about ensuring that our residents are treated with care, maintaining their privacy and dignity and allowing them to ensure they are still able to enjoy their lives with our staff and their family whilst in our care.
