The home provides high quality nursing and residential care for older people and care for those who are feeling the impact of dementia on their lives. Being purpose built ensures that the home is designed with large open lounges, conservatories and courtyards. Bedrooms are tastefully and comfortably decorated with the majority of bedrooms en-suite. Some bedrooms are spacious enough for companions or couples to share, this is a real comfort to those who may wish to come to a care environment, together.
We aim to improve the quality of life for each and every resident living in our home with a care plan tailored to each person’s care needs. The well trained and qualified care team work to promote independence and choice in order that the individual needs of our residents can be met. Our person-centred approach to care allows us to really get to know the people we care for and understand what’s right for them. We encourage residents and their loved ones to get involved with individualised care and support planning, so that we can provide the best services possible.
Remaining active is a huge part of any individual’s well-being and at Treetops Court there are daily activities to suit everyone’s interests.
