The quality of customer care and support far outweigh that of any previous care my mum has received. Staff are highly qualified and well trained, and they constantly ensure I am informed of mums progress. I am extremely happy that I found Hilltop Hall, for my mum.
The general care home is excellent. The staff, without exception, are all concerned to do their best for everyone resident here. There are little 'pin picks' of occasional difficulties (where are there not?), eg: some food (I think) unsuitable for quiet elderly people/shortage some days of certain food etc.
