I have been very happy with the care that is being offered at Shakespeare Court. I have attended at different times during the day and there has always been an adequate amount of carers to take care of the residents. They are engaging and attentive to the residents. They have made my mother feel comfortable there and I am very happy with the service and care that they provide.

I am a nurse by profession, having qualified as a nurse and midwife over 30 years ago. I have a lot of experience working with the elderly in care homes as a nurse, home manager and in the Regional team and care is my passion.
I believe I have all values of the 6 Cs that underpin the culture and practice in social care. I am a bubbly and approachable person and with me, it is always service with a smile.
The values and mission of Harbour Healthcare are very much at the core of my practice. Putting people first is my priority.
